All admission are closed

• The application form and prospectus can be purchased from the office and duly filled form should be submitted in office within time as may be notified by the college.
• A recent passport size (6cmx5cm) front pose photograph should be pasted on Admission form and proctorial along with six more photos.
• Attested photo copies of documents i.e. mark sheets and certificate should be submitted along with the admission form and original copy of Transfer Certificate will be submitted before the completion of admission formalities.
• No Certificates whatsoever may be received separately after the submission of the form except transfer Certificate/migration certificate.
• Photocopies of the mark sheets and the photographs submitted with the form shall not be returns.
• Receipt of submission of admission form will be issued to a candidate; at the time of submission of application form should be preserved by the student. Application must remember their submission number given on the receipt.
• Fee once deposited will not be refunded in any case.
• Students applying for admission may enquire about the college fees from the Admission in charge/ office and no concession will be allowed in fees.
• The practical card must be filled up along with admission form.
• Identity card must be prepares within a week of admission or else their admission may be cancelled.
• Two passport size photographs of child, one passport size photograph of each mother & father.

• The students have to attach with the application form for admission a copy of a passport size photograph.
• A character Certificate from the principal
• Two attested copy each of the High School and the Intermediate marks sheet and Certificates
• The Transfer Certificate from last institution attended.
• If the applicant has been a private candidate, Certificate, certificate from the Superintendent of the center must be attached.
• Those who were born outside UP. Have to submit an affidavit in respect of the date of migration.
